I love our dining room.
I adore the table. The chairs are comfortable. The window fits the scene perfectly.
Despite this love our table has only been used once. Very carefully.
You see, we don't want to scratch the table. We need placemats. The trouble is nothing suits our tastes. Too stuffy. Too country. Too traditional. Or they're a weird print or made of a material we don't like.
